Does your member move during the year, get injured or have to be hospitalized? You keep all your takings, and your member will be reimbursed as follows:

interruption with justification: reimbursement on a pro rata basis for the current year
interruption without justification: no refund.

Cost to member: 4.5% annual fee.

Your member was highly motivated last month, but 2 days before the start of the course, he changes his mind and withdraws... Don't panic, you'll keep the amount paid, and the SPORTYNEO insurance will reimburse him:

interruption with justification (e.g. injury): full refund (100 %)
