Payment by credit card is recommended. It is essential if you wish to pay in instalments, or if you take out insurance. 

When paying in instalments, remember to check the validity date of your credit card: for payment in 4 instalments, your credit card must be valid for another 4 months; for payment in 10 instalments, your credit card must be valid for another 10 months.

Some credit cards are not accepted by our banking partner: these include Maestro, N26, Revolut, Nickel, American Express, Electron and prepaid cards.

Your club may also accept payment in cash or by cheque (at the club's discretion): in this case, this type of payment will be offered to you when you finalize your basket, at the payment stage.

Payment in 4 or 10 instalments is subject to a handling fee charged by our banking partner (FLOA banque). These are 5.99% for payment in 4 instalments, and 7.99% for payment in 10 instalments.

In practical terms, this means that for a sports membership of €200, for example, payment in 4 instalments will cost you a total of €211.98, and for payment in 10 instalments, €215.98.

But the good news is that these costs can be more than covered by the discounts offered on the SPORTYNEO platform. For example, a CGR cinema ticket will cost you just €7.40 instead of €11.80, a saving of over €4! So with 4 cinema tickets, it's as if you've already been reimbursed for your 10 management fees 😉

It's not yet possible to receive an invoice, but we're working on integrating this functionality.

Sports interruption insurance means you'll be reimbursed if you're unable to attend your classes or training courses, in the following cases: professional relocation during the year, injury, illness, pregnancy or hospitalization.

For annual dues : 

• interruption with justification: reimbursement on a pro rata basis for the current year
• interruption without justification: no refund.
• Cost: 4.5% annual membership fee (e.g. €4.50 for a €100 membership fee).

For internships :

• interruption with supporting documents (e.g. medical certificate): full refund (100 %)
• interruption without justification (e.g. change of mind): partial reimbursement (70 %).
• Cost: 5.3% of the course price.

They are completely different and deal with different subjects.

By insuring your sports federation, you'll be better reimbursed for healthcare costs in the event of injury or hospitalization, so you won't have to pay surgeons' extra fees, for example.

Our insurance does not cover health care: it allows you to be reimbursed for the cost of your internship, or your annual fee (on a pro rata basis) in the event of an interruption in practice due to injury, illness, moving house, etc. Or even just if you change your mind (internships only). Or even just if you change your mind (courses only)!

Don't worry, these discounts will be taken into account! Your club will create these discounts at the same time as the registration forms for the various activities. All you have to do is select them at the appropriate time. 

If your club has created a "Club Shop", it will appear on your club's page: in this case, group orders for specific items are managed entirely by your club. In this case, it's the club that takes care of organizing the orders, which can be time-consuming, but is sometimes necessary.

In addition, we offer an online store with our own suppliers, the advantage of which is that the club has nothing to manage. And above all, the big advantage for you is that you can order logo items whenever you like, all year round, just like on an e-commerce site. You'll find T-shirts, jogging suits, caps, mugs (etc.) with your Club logo.
